Chiao's nutritious rice
Adding different grains to your rice will enrich the flavour, texture and nutrition!
Ingredients
Swedish Naked Oats (G)
Millet (G)
Whole grain rice (G)
Red rice (G)
Black rice (G)
Other options: red lentils (G), 3-color quinoa (G) or Swedish quinoa (G) would work wonderfully as well!

Method
Mix your favourite grains from the above list as you wish. It should make up 1 cup of uncooked grains
Soak the grains that take longer to cook first. For instance, black rice, red rice, and brown rice
Add the mixed grains to a cup of regular white rice
Add 2 cups of water
Cook everything evenly in a rice cooker or pot
When done, sprinkle with some toasted black sesame seeds and pine nuts - they make it even tastier!
