Supplier Story - Polkagris from Malmö

In Sweden there’s nothing more Christmasy than Polkagris. We went to visit Henrik, who makes our sweets right here in Malmö to see how it's done.  Henrik has been handmaking candy since 2010 and sources ingredients carefully, considering production methods and distance each ingredient travels. His polkagris are also vegan, the red stripes are coloured with raspberry.
