Lupinta is a local company, based in Malmö, striving to offer sustainable and healthy alternatives to meat and soy products. They source their lupin beans directly from farmers executing organic farming methods in Skåne. The lupinfilé is soy-free, vegan-friendly (obviously!), full of fibers & protein, and is better for your gut since it's a fermented product. Simply defrost, marinate (optional but highly recommended), and saute it to create a crispy skin. Then, use it in wraps, salads, burgers, noodles, poke bowls or just eat as is!
