Ingredients: Organic Swedish yellow peas
Small, round, beige-yellow peas with an intense pea taste. Vreta yellow is very good in itself with butter and salt. Useful for stews, soups, creams and elegant dishes.
Rinse the peas thoroughly and soak overnight. Boil plenty of water and salt (2.5%). Add the peas and cook gently for 15 minutes.
