Chai tea

Ingredients

  • Chai Tea (G)

  • Plant-based milk

  • Honey (G)

  • Optional: power turmeric and power cardamom (G)

G = Available at Gram

 

Method

  1. Add two tablespoons of Chai tea to a pot of about 500ml of water (for about two cups of tea)

  2. Bring it to boil and put it to one side and wait for about 2 minutes to brew and add some plant-based milk and one or two teaspoons of honey to taste.

  3. If you need some extra love for your tummy add a pinch of powder turmeric and powder cardamom.
