Supplier Story - Fagraslätt

Supplying and supporting locally produced food is a top priority for us. One of our long-time suppliers is Fagraslätt. This 160 hector farm in Kristianstad, is farmed by Per and Katrin Modig, who grow a variety of organic beans, including black and kidney, as well as lentils, quinoa (also available at Gram) and some vegetables. Per was awarded the Region Skånes miljöpris in 2016 for his work in organic farming.
