Where the warm water from the Gulf Stream mixes with the cold from the Arctic, optimal conditions are created for a type of coral-like, red seaweed that is the main ingredient in this Magnesium.Content (each tablet): Magnesium 150 mg
Dosage: 1 - 3 capsules daily with meals or in the evening.
The packaging is close to as good as it gets in terms of keeping the product fresh and safe while minimising fossil-based plastics. The tube is made from card and the lid is a bio-based plastic based on corn.
