Saltå Kvarn Wheat flour is a sifted wheat flour ground on soder mills, a mill that has rolls of stone. The flour has a high grind, about 80% of the wheat grain is included. The fact that the flour is a little darker than other wheat flour is due to the fact that such a large part of the whole grain is included. It gives a rich, aromatic flour that gives extra good buns and bread.
